Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. In the wake of quitting her gymnastics career from childhood Ariel started competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16. As a teenager, she won her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsor for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. At the age of 16, she began taking part in fitness events after quitting gymnastics. When she was 17, she received her Pro Card a year after. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now among the most youthful IFBB Pro. Ariel was required to take the time off from stage work when she was awarded her Professional card to complete college. She came back in 2015 and continued from the point where she had left taking part in elite contests like The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. After winning her first competition, she competed several more years, setting goals for herself. In 2009, she had won four other fitness titles. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. Ariel Ariel Ariel was able to take six years off from competition when she earned her pro-card in order to complete her university education. In the month of October, 2015 Ariel made her return by presenting her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She came in third at the contest. The summer of 2016 saw her was the winner of her place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. In the process, she became a participant in Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage three months later and was crowned 6th place, in the Fitness Division. Ariel with absolutely no expectations when she entered she was thrilled with her result. Ariel competed against the best of skilled athletes. Ariel continues to impress bringing an improved version of her physique each year. Ariel's top body part to exercise is her back. Her typical back workout consists of bent over rows single arm lat pull-downs using a machine, pull-ups and seated rows. It is common to warm up prior to an actual exercise. Ariel is extremely efficient with her time. Ariel accomplishes this by creating all of the back exercises she does, doing up to four or three supersets of 10-12 reps. She would do this kind of routine twice per week, with one day being a light weight day as well as the second heavy weight day.
