Angelica Panganiban is a Filipino-American model, host of a TV show and comedian. Panganiban, who has been called "the the new the queen of dramatic" in a number of news outlets in the Philippines, is one of the best-known and most versatile actresses. Peritoneal dialysis, and then hemolysis became her new normal. In the 80 days she was in the Hospital, the life of her changed for the better. Angelica was, following a full half-year of dialysis, and one year half, was now ready for her biggest operation of all - an organ replacement. Angelica would be receiving the donated kidney from her mother. Angelica as well as her mom underwent an operation that was successful on September 13, 2013. The surgery was performed at Emory University Hospital and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Egleston, two hospitals located across from each other. Angelica Hale, a young teenager from Atlanta, who always wanted to be an actress and a singer and is currently working towards that goal.
